Any decisions regarding this should await the new Cuyahoga County Executive and Council. I have no faith in the current Commissioners whatsoever.
On one hand I completely agree with you (based on the record of two of the three commissioners), but on the other, I am glad this is taking another step forward - a huge on at that.
